Cornwall...Old Launceston

As well as including Edwardian photographs of Launceston, John Neale has chosen many more modern pictures of the town, showing shops and buildings that have since vanished, along with well-known local faces. There's everything you'd expect to see here - from the old Butter Market to the Tower Cinema - along with many previously unpublished views, including some of St Mary's Hospital and its staff, and even the odd past prime minister! Newport is of course featured too.
