The author's enthusism for his subject is obvious as he leads us from chambered tomb to stone circle, down roman roads, across mist covered hills to the shores of enchanted lakes. Together with evocative drawings and excellent photographs this is a thought provoking book that provides a wonderful insight into the lives and beliefs of the people who lived and worshipped in these sacred places of what is now the Brecon Beacons National Park.
