The Secret Life of the Farm:Rosamund Young

The Young's farm organically and have, wherever possible, let nature come first with both their attitude to livestock and their immediate environment. As a result their farm is host to rare flowers, ancient woodland, pure running streams and wildlife which live happily side-by side with the cattle. This film, shot over a 5 year period by Rosamund, shows us impromptu and random insights into how the farm animals behave. It shows them making choices and expressing preferences, at play and at rest. All this is seen against a backdrop of a farm where the ethos is as much for care of the land as it is for care of the animals. Approximately 60 minutes.
